Employees of enterprises owned by the whole people and collective enterprises at or above the county level may apply for early retirement if they meet the following conditions:

Special types of work must belong to the scope of special types of work stipulated by the Ministry of Labor and the relevant industry authorities in the State Council;

Engaged in high-altitude and particularly heavy manual labor for a total of 10 years;

Engaged in underground, high temperature and other work for 9 years;

Engaged in other harmful operations for 8 years;

Men over 55 years old, women over 45 years old, continuous service 10 years can apply for special jobs to retire.
