Does the endowment insurance file collect management fees in the social security center?

The social security center only manages the files of unemployed people who are receiving unemployment insurance benefits, and does not charge management fees. After receiving unemployment insurance, if there is no work unit, it will be transferred to the labor market (public employment service management center) for management and file management fees will be charged. There is also a management fee for hosting the archives of the talent exchange center.
