How to reissue Haikou social security card?

Legal analysis: social security card can not be applied for replacement until it is officially reported lost; Bring your ID card to the business outlets for replacement.

1. The cardholder or his agent goes to the social security card comprehensive service window to fill in the Hainan Social Security Card Business Processing Form and issue the original valid certificate.

2. After the comprehensive service window of social security card accepts the application for replacement card, the cardholder or his agent shall pay the corresponding social security card fee and obtain the payment voucher.

3. The handling personnel shall go through the formalities for confirming the replacement card and issue the Receipt of Acceptance of Social Security Card in Hainan Province.

4.45 working days later, the cardholder or his/her agent will take his/her original valid ID card and the Receipt for Handling Social Security Card Business in Hainan Province to pick up the card at the business outlets of cooperative financial institutions (the customer needs to hold an application for reporting the loss of personal customers at the same time).

Legal basis: Article 19 of the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Social Security Cards of the People's Republic of China shall be included in the invalid list if it is no longer used due to damage, loss, expiration and other reasons. Invalid list should be managed at different levels. The human resources and social security departments in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and provinces and cities respectively manage the invalid lists of social security cards in the whole country, the whole province and the whole city, and provide inquiry services.
