This year, Qingdao Medical Insurance Bureau implemented the "One SMS" working method, and sent business acceptance feedback information and policy publicity information to the insured through SMS and WeChat official account. On August 10, the municipal medical insurance bureau issued a reminder that if the insured needs to modify the mobile phone number of the information received, it can be done through three official channels.

On August 10, Qingdao Medical Insurance Bureau issued the "Reminder on Modifying Mobile Phone Numbers by Using the" One SMS "Work Method". In order to facilitate the insured to receive business acceptance feedback information in time, and in accordance with the unified deployment of provincial medical insurance, Qingdao Medical Security Bureau implemented the "one SMS" work method this year, that is, sending business acceptance feedback information and policy propaganda information to you through SMS and WeChat official account, which is convenient for the insured to consult and handle medical insurance business.

If the insured person needs to modify the mobile phone number of the received information, it can be modified in the following three ways.

Modify the number of the insured person's mobile phone through official website of Qingdao Medical Security Bureau. Enter the official website login office hall, and the page will automatically pop up "Change Number Prompt". Click the "Modify Number" button, enter the new mobile phone number of the insured, enter the verification code, and click "Submit" to complete the modification.

Modify the mobile phone number of the insured person through the official account of WeChat WeChat. Enter the official account of Qingdao Medical Insurance WeChat, click "Pocket Hall"-"Pocket My Medical Insurance" to see the prompt of Qingdao Medical Insurance Center, and click "Confirm" to see the buttons of "Modify" and "Modify Number". If the mobile phone number is correct, it will not be modified, just click "Modify"; If you need to modify the mobile phone number, click "Modify Number" to enter the "Secure Mobile Phone Settings" interface, enter the new secure mobile phone number and verification code and submit it. If you don't find any tips about changing your mobile phone number, you can enter the new password mobile phone number of the insured person in "My"-"Password Mobile Phone Modification".

In addition, you can also go to the nearest medical insurance handling window to modify the mobile phone number.

In addition to the above three ways, other ways to modify the mobile phone number are not the official channels of Qingdao medical insurance. Qingdao Medical Insurance Bureau reminds insured persons and enterprises not to believe in information such as "medical insurance card is deactivated", "medical insurance card is upgraded" and "personal information is improved", so as to improve their vigilance and prevention awareness. If they suspect that they are cheating in the name of "a short message work law", they can call the medical insurance agency to verify. In case of fraud, it is recommended to call 1 10 or report to the local police station for handling.
