Why is the one-time medical compensation insured in Jiujiang District of Wuhu City given by Wuhu Social Security Bureau?

Due to the law, Wuhu Social Security Bureau granted one-time medical compensation for insurance in Jiujiang District, Wuhu City. According to Article 37 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance, if an employee proposes to terminate the employment contract upon the expiration of the employment contract, the work-related injury insurance fund will pay a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries, and the employer will pay a one-time disability employment subsidy. Specific standards for one-time medical subsidies for work-related injuries and one-time disability employment subsidies shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
