Brief introduction of Shibazhan Forestry Bureau

Shibazhan Forestry Bureau is a large-scale forest industry enterprise under Daxinganling Forestry Group Company, and its location is: Yezi Township, Shibazhan Oroqen Nationality, Tahe County, Daxinganling. Located on the northern slope of Daxing 'anling, downstream of Huma River, on the south bank of Heilongjiang, bordering Russia across Heilongjiang in the east and north, Tahe County in the west and hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau in the south. Geographical coordinates are 124- 126 degrees east and 5 1-53 degrees north. The overall management area is 723,000 hectares and the forest coverage rate is 66%. The whole construction area belongs to the landform of low mountains and hills, spanning Tahe and Huma counties, with a total population of about 30,000. Shibazhan Forestry Bureau was established in 1974. At present, it has 782 employees1person. At present, it is planned to produce 210.9 million cubic meters of commercial timber. There are 34 directly affiliated units (including: 5 forest farms, 3 timber yards, 1 nature reserve) and 18 government functional departments. There are 4 townships and 28 villages in Huma County and Tahe County in Shi Ye District of Shibazhan Forestry Bureau. Since the development and construction, it has produced 7.879 million cubic meters of goods and materials for the country. Shibazhan Forestry Bureau is rich in resources and has broad investment prospects. The total volume of forest resources is 54.08 million cubic meters. The recoverable reserves are 26.67 million cubic meters. The main tree species are Larix gmelinii, Picea koraiensis, Betula platyphylla, Oak, Fraxinus mandshurica, Poplar and Elm. There are abundant wildlife resources. More than 200 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines including Astragalus membranaceus, Ganoderma lucidum, Boschniakia and Schisandra chinensis, pollution-free wild berries such as persimmons (blueberries), red beans and strawberries, and various nutritious wild products such as Hericium erinaceus, auricularia auricula, mushrooms and bracken are all distributed in the application area. Precious animals such as black bear, sika deer, lynx, otter and flying dragon live here, and all kinds of cold-water fish in Heilongjiang are well known. There are abundant mineral resources, including gold, coal, granite, marble, limestone, high territory and other mineral resources, especially coal resources.
