According to the Notice on Further Optimizing Policies and Measures to Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market, Chengdu's purchase restriction policy has been adjusted, and the qualification for purchasing houses is no longer reviewed. Sichuan Tianfu New District Zhiguan District, Chengdu High-tech Zone Nanyuan, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District and chenghua district continued to implement housing purchase restrictions and became unified purchase restriction areas. Other areas will no longer review the qualifications for purchasing houses.

In the restricted purchase area, the housing with a size of 144 square meters or more (excluding 144 square meters) is purchased, so as to better meet the residents' demand for improved housing. Simply put, you can't buy anything except 5+2, anything within 5+2 can't buy a house in 144, and anything within 5+2 can't buy a house in 144.
