Apply via WeChat 1 and click on City Service.

Go to the WeChat city service page and find the local "social security".

2. Click on "Electronic Social Security Card"

In Social Security, click the "Electronic Social Security Card" option.

3. Enter the "social security transfer online application"

Find social security transfer online application in national service.

4. Click "I want to apply"

On the application page, click "I want to apply" again.

5. Click Apply.

Fill in the transfer information and click "Submit Application" for approval.
