Inter-provincial transfer

From July 1 2020, if the insured handles the inter-provincial transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance for employees, they should log on to the portal of the national social insurance service platform or the "Pocket 12333" mobile APP to apply. Inter-provincial transfer and connection business needs information exchange through the platform system, and paper forms are no longer mailed.

After the implementation of the national social insurance public service platform, social security agencies at all levels will no longer accept applications for inter-provincial transfer and continuation of employees' basic old-age insurance, and the original online services, handheld apps and other channels will no longer accept related businesses.
