Can rural hukou be converted into urban hukou for urban social security?

1, before the account nature is changed to non-agricultural registered permanent residence, it cannot be changed to urban social security payment.

2. If an individual pays social security, after agricultural registered permanent residence becomes a non-agricultural registered permanent residence, I will change my personal information with my ID card and household registration book to the social security bureau that pays the fee. 3.
