Handling materials

1, the certificate issued by the municipal (district) people's government or the town (street) government with official seal (original and photocopy);

2 organization code certificate (original and copy);

Treatment process

Handler:

1. The applicant submits the application materials to the agency;

2, the agency will submit the application materials to the social insurance administration to accept the application;

3. The accepting department shall, within 5 days from the date of receiving the application materials, review the application materials and decide whether to accept them;

4 social insurance fund management bureau to review the materials and approve the application, complete the household registration.

Note: If the application materials are incomplete, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected at one time within the above five days, and the applicant shall correct the materials within five days from the date of receiving the notice of correcting the materials.

If no correction is made within the time limit, the application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn. However, after the materials are corrected, the applicant may reapply within the statutory validity period.
