Social security name is wrong. Can I change it myself?

Legal analysis: if it has been submitted, you can only go through the formalities of change at your local social security bureau with valid documents. Or go to the social security service center window to modify it. Modifying it doesn't mean changing it casually. You can write at will, but you can't change it at will.
