I. Time of downtime switching

(I) Offline channels

From 18:00 on November 25, 2022 to 09:00 on December 2, some of the social insurance business will be suspended.

(ii) Online Channels

From 12:00 p.m. on November 22, 2022 to 9:00 p.m. on December 2, 2022, the provision of social insurance handling services will be suspended;

From 18:00 p.m. on November 25, 2022 to 9:00 p.m. on December 2, 2022, the provision of social insurance inquiry services will be suspended.

II. Suspension of business

(a) enterprise employees' pension insurance, institutional pension insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, occupational pension and labor capacity appraisal business;

(b) urban workers' medical insurance unit participation changes, personnel increase or decrease changes, total wage declaration business.

Three warm tips

(a) urban and rural residents pension insurance offline business is not affected by this system switch, can be normal.

(b) Pension insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and other types of social insurance benefits are issued normally, the insured persons to medical treatment, the purchase of medicines are not affected by the system shutdown.

(c) During the system downtime switching period, through the national social security platform, the national human resources and social services platform, "Yu quickly do" platform, the official website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chongqing employment network, "Chongqing human resources and social services" APP, Alipay, WeChat public, self-service integrated machine and other channels to handle the above business. (d) During the system shutdown and switchover period, the city's human resources and social services agencies at all levels will, according to the epidemic prevention and control situation, accept the declaration information submitted by the urban social insurance participating units and insured persons offline in due course, and then process them in a timely manner after the system is restored.
