Any insured person who has received the Jiaxing Social Security Citizen Card can log on to the website to inquire about his or her pension, medical, unemployment, work-related injury and maternity insurance contribution base, arrival record, account consumption and treatment disbursement and other types of social security information.

Login Methods:

1. After entering the Jiaxing Citizen Service Website (), users can click on the "Citizen Card User Login" button in the upper left corner;

2. Users can enter their social security card number (ID card number), the integrated service password and the authentication code in order;

3. The password needs to be set up at Citizen Card service outlets.
