Conditions for applying for reimbursement

Time limit for applying for reimbursement

1. Time limit: the unit manager shall report to the website of the Social Security Bureau within 30 days after the industrial injury occurs; Within 60 days from the date of the accident injury or the date of diagnosis and identification as an occupational disease, apply to the administrative department of labor and social security in the overall planning area for work-related injury identification. 2. Required materials
