The replacement of social security cards shall be handled in the following ways:

2. Handling process: The applicant will receive the receipt of social security card business after signing the printed social security card business acceptance form at the social security card service outlets. Receive the Certificate of New and Supplementary Social Security Card at the social security card service outlets as a medical certificate;

3. Business card printing time: four working days;

4. If you need to see a doctor during the replacement period, you must bring the certificate of a new social security card, and all invoices and prescriptions must be kept. After the new card is replaced, it will be reimbursed according to the manual reimbursement process.

According to relevant laws and regulations, the state has established a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
