Staff attrition-copy of employee's ID card, resignation certificate (copy of resignation report or termination of contract), and social security change form for on-the-job employees (stamped with company red seal);

Increase personnel-copy of employee's ID card and household registration book, salary certificate, copy of contract, photo (or electronic photo) and social security change form (stamped with the company's red seal);
