At present, there is no national social security network, and social security cards can only be used in insured places.

If you are a resident of Wuhan and want to work in other places now, the social security account paid by the insured need not be moved.

Non-Wuhan registered residents who leave Wuhan after resigning can apply to the social security bureau of the insured place for transferring social security and applying for payment vouchers with their ID card, social security card and resignation certificate. You can apply for a new social security account in your new workplace, and then apply for the merger of social security accounts in different places with the payment voucher of the original insured place. Social security transfer and merger will not affect your accumulated payment period.
