Deduction coefficient of basic social insurance declaration

The six deduction factors include:

2. Employees of social insurance in the original unit and their total wages: refers to the employees and their total wages paid by the social insurance used by the employer in the original unit. The employer shall provide the roster of the social insurance relationship of the original unit, and the non-insured personnel in our city shall provide the proof of insurance payment in the previous year confirmed by the social insurance agency in the insured place.
3. On-the-job retirees and their total wages: refers to the total number of retirees used by employers and the total wages actually paid. The employing unit shall provide relevant identity certificates, personal income tax payment vouchers (exceeding the taxable income), etc.
4. Labor dispatch (agent) personnel: refers to the total number of labor dispatch, entrusted agents and the total wages paid by the employer. Where an employer entrusts an intermediary agency in this Municipality to use labor dispatch (agency) personnel, it is required to provide the Salary Confirmation Form between the Social Insurance Agency and the Employer (this form shall be filled in by the intermediary agency and confirmed by the Employer). (Intermediary institutions in the field of insurance, must be attached to the payment of wages or labor settlement vouchers and agreements, as well as social insurance agencies to prove participation.
5. Intern: refers to the total amount of wages paid by persons who are not insured by the employer, such as interns. If interns are used, the employer must provide internship agreement, student ID card and other relevant supporting materials.
6. Others: List the factors that do not belong to the above five items to be deducted. If there is such a factor, a written explanation shall be attached.
