Social security seal means that the unit and the employee sign an agreement to leave without pay, and the agreement clearly stipulates that no salary will be paid during the period of leaving without pay; During the period of detention, post-arrest review or disappearance of employees by judicial organs, the unit may handle the declaration operation of employees' temporary non-payment of social insurance premiums in accordance with relevant regulations.

Operating steps:

1. Enter the ID number on the citizen ID card of the sealed person 15 or18;

5. Enter the average monthly salary of the sealed personnel in the current year, in yuan;

6. Enter the toxic and harmful month of the sealed personnel in the current year;

Please note that the number range is between 1- 12. If not, there is no need to fill it in.

7. Enter the number of high-temperature underground months of the sealed personnel in this year;
