In order to better serve the majority of insured persons and improve the public service ability of people's society, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department today upgraded and released a new version of "Shandong People's Social Service" mobile APP 2.0.

The new features of this new version of the APP mainly include:

The "Shandong People's Social Service" APP has added an electronic social security card and a unified user login method for Shandong government services on the basis of retaining the original account login method of Shandong social insurance personal online service system, providing a more convenient service experience for the clients.

There are three login methods:

First, the electronic social security card login

After receiving the electronic social security card issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, you can use the name, ID number and password of the electronic social security card to log in to the "Shandong Social Security Service" APP.

1. After entering your name and ID number, if you have received Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security electronic social security card, you can log in by directly entering your password.

2. If the electronic social security card has not been issued, after issuing the electronic social security card according to the process, jump to the electronic social security card issuing interface and log in.

Two, Shandong government services unified user login

1. Select the unified user login mode of Shandong government service. If you have registered an account in Shandong government service network, you can log in directly with your account password. If you haven't registered your account yet, you can register your account on the Shandong Government Service Network or directly on the "Shandong People's Social Service" APP.

2. Account registration and authentication. You need to provide your mobile phone number and the received SMS verification code to complete account registration. Account authentication is divided into two steps, the primary authentication needs to check the name and ID number, and the intermediate authentication needs to provide the social security card number.
