1. First, download an Alipay software on your mobile phone.

2. Open and log in to your Alipay, and click more options as shown by the arrow.

3. Enter the page with more options, and then click the city service indicated by the arrow.

4. Find the "social security service" option under the government affairs column, and click to enter the next page.

5. After entering the page, we can find the "social security card balance" option on the social security card service page, and click Enter.

6. Then, we can see our account balance on the balance inquiry page.
