Why don't all medical insurance units pay to personal accounts?

Medical insurance for employees consists of overall funds and individual accounts.

The overall fund is used to pay the hospitalization expenses and outpatient special disease medical expenses incurred by the insured due to illness treatment.

Personal accounts are mainly used to pay medical expenses such as general outpatient medical expenses and drug purchase expenses in designated pharmacies.

1. Individual contributions: All individual contributions are paid into individual accounts.

2. Unit payment: according to different ages, it will enter individual accounts in different proportions, and the rest will enter the overall fund.
