How to transfer social security and provident fund from other provinces to Shanghai

1, providing the Certificate of Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance issued by the original insured place.

2. I provide a written application, which must have the employee's signature and contact information (indicating the original insured place and the reason for the transfer).

3. Fill in the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship (with the official seal of the current unit).

4. Provide the original ID card and the original and photocopy of the household registration book.

5. Provide a copy of the labor contract between me and the insured unit, a single copy of A4 paper, and the final signature page must be stamped with the official seal of the unit. Report the above materials to the social security center for transfer and connection business.
