Can Weifang individuals pay social security quarterly in the agency center?

According to the relevant policies of Weifang Social Insurance Management Center, the following contents are for reference:

Residents over 1 one year of age and 16 years of age who have not participated in other social endowment insurance (excluding students at school) can participate in the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents at their domicile.

Except for the grade of 100 yuan, the insured person chooses the payment grade independently, and pays the fee annually, and pays more. Individual annual payment shall not exceed the highest payment grade.

3 county, city and district governments shall subsidize the payment of the insured, and the subsidy standard shall not be lower than 30 yuan per person per year. To choose a higher standard payment, can be given appropriate encouragement, specific standards and measures determined by the county, city and district government.
