(1) Open the login WeChat APP, click "I" in the lower right corner, click the "Payment" tab, and click "City Service" under Life Service to enter the city service page.

(2) On the current page, find "Five insurances and one gold" under the service hall, click "Social Security" (generally, after clicking, "Social Security" will appear under the list of popular services), and continue to click "Electronic Social Security Card (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)" to enter the electronic social security card page.

(3) When you use it for the first time, you will jump to the "Get Electronic Social Security Card" page, as shown below.
