Lishui City Skill Upgrading Subsidy Application Guidelines

Who to Claim

Participating in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law, paying unemployment insurance premiums for a cumulative period of 12 months or more, and obtaining the primary (level 5), intermediate (level 4), and senior (level 3) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates after January 1, 2017 (inclusive), eligible workers should apply for skill upgrading subsidies on the day of the certificate issuance within Within 12 months from the date of issuance of the certificate, the eligible employee should apply for the skills upgrading subsidy.

Declaration conditions

(a) participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law, the cumulative payment of unemployment insurance premiums for 36 months (inclusive) or more;

(b) since January 1, 2017 (inclusive) to obtain the primary (fifth), intermediate (fourth), senior (third) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skills level certificates within 12 months from the date of issuance of certificates to apply for.

Note: The same occupation (type of work) of the same level can only apply for and enjoy the skills upgrading subsidies once, and shall not be entitled to vocational training subsidies and vocational skills appraisal subsidies at the same time.

Subsidy standards

Employees who have obtained a primary (level 5) vocational qualification certificate or vocational skills level certificate, the subsidy standard is 1,000 yuan; to obtain an intermediate (level 4) vocational qualification certificate or vocational skills level certificate, the subsidy standard is 1,500 yuan; to obtain a senior (level 3) vocational qualification certificate or vocational skills level certificate, the subsidy standard is 2,000 yuan. Acquisition of shortage of urgently needed occupations (types of work) directory of vocational qualification certificates or vocational skills level certificates, the subsidy standard can be on the basis of the original floating 50%.

Declaration materials

1. "Skills upgrading subsidy application form" an original;

2. Social security card or the original resident identity card;

3. Vocational qualification certificates or vocational skills level certificate.

Processing Procedure

1. The applicant submits the application materials to the window of Lishui Human Resources and Social Security Service Center and chooses the method of delivery of the results;

2. Lishui City Employment Management Bureau receives the materials at the window immediately after the completion of the acceptance, review and audit;

3. The subsidy claim in the local or human resources and social security department website to present the presentation of the situation, presenting time is not less than 7 working days;

4. After the end of the presentation, feedback on the approved results of the skills upgrading subsidies, in accordance with the regulations of the subsidy funds will be issued to the applicant's personal bank account or social security card.
