The household registration personnel from other provinces who participated in the old-age insurance for enterprise employees in this province once had an old-age insurance relationship in one or more places in this province. All the insured persons who have accumulated the payment period of 15 years in the place where the old-age insurance relationship is located have reached the statutory retirement age, and the place where the last old-age insurance relationship in this province is located is the place where they receive their benefits.

Social security is paid in other places, and retirement is not handled in the household registration. As long as the local retirement conditions are met, you can also receive a pension. According to Chinese laws, the conditions for receiving social security are: first, the insured reaches the statutory retirement age; It is a cumulative payment of fifteen years. When the household registration personnel of this province who participate in the endowment insurance for employees of other provinces reach the statutory retirement age, if the cumulative payment period of each section of the endowment insurance relationship (including the temporary payment account) is less than 15 years, the place where the household registration of this province is located shall be the place where the pension insurance benefits are received.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.
