How to print social security payment records

How to print the social security payment record is as follows:

1. Click Social Security.

Click the Social Security option on the Civic Center page.

2. Click on the equity record.

Click the Social Security page to query and print the entitlement record form.

Step 3 choose a year

Select the year to query in the page, and click the query function.

4. Save for printing.

Check the personal insurance payment voucher in the page, and click Save to print locally.
