Brief Introduction of Kaifeng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Provincial Government on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of the Kaifeng Municipal People's Government, the Kaifeng Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government decided to set up the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau as a component of the municipal government. Integrate the responsibilities of the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau into the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Set up the Municipal Civil Service Bureau as the management organization of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau will no longer be retained. The office of the Municipal Organization Committee, which was originally co-located with the Municipal Personnel Bureau, was established separately as the working department of the Municipal Party Committee.
