Precautions:

1. After telephone loss reporting and online loss reporting, you must bring your ID card, temporary residence permit or household registration certificate to the Municipal Social Security Bureau for written loss reporting and card replacement procedures within 2 working days. If you do nothing, you will be automatically decoupled after 7 days.

2. When reporting the loss in writing, you need to pay the bank loss reporting fee 10 yuan.

3. Pay 10 yuan card fee when receiving the card.
