How to deal with Xiaoshan social security individual payment?

Legal analysis: if you are registered in Xiaoshan town, you can hand in your ID card and household registration book in Xiaoshan to open an account in Xiaoshan District Social Security Center, then apply for transfer, give you an acceptance letter, and then go to the social security center of the original unit for transfer.
