Upper and lower limits of social security base

Social security payment = payment base x payment ratio. The so-called minimum social security is aimed at the payment base. For example, in Shanghai, the minimum payment base for 20 13 years is 28 15 yuan. So if you work in a company, because the personal contribution ratio is: pension 8%, medical care 2%, unemployment 1%, then you have to pay at least 28 15x65438 every month.
