In 2022, the conditions for enterprises to enjoy a stable return are:

We will continue to implement the policy of returning unemployment insurance to stable jobs. For qualified large enterprises, 50% and small and medium-sized enterprises, 90% of the unemployment insurance premium actually paid in the previous year will be refunded. Social organizations, foundations, social service institutions, law firms, accounting firms and individual industrial and commercial households insured in the form of units shall refer to the implementation. Vigorously promote the new model of "exemption from application" that is accurately distributed through background data comparison, and the funds will be directly returned to the account where the enterprise pays social insurance premiums.

Broaden the scope of benefits from skills upgrading subsidies. People who receive unemployment insurance benefits can apply for subsidies when they obtain certificates in two cases:

(a) the unemployed to participate in the evaluation of skilled personnel during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, can apply for subsidies within 3 months;

(2) Those who receive certificates during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits may apply for subsidies.

The application conditions for skills upgrading subsidies for insured employees will continue to be relaxed until employees of enterprises participate in unemployment insurance and pay unemployment insurance premiums 1 year or more. Each person enjoys the subsidy no more than three times a year.
