Individuals who pay social security need to go through the individual payment procedures in the community, and then go to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to apply for a social security card.

If it is a company process:

The employer's social insurance registration form, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (except for units that fail to handle tax registration as required), business license (private non-enterprise unit certificate, social organization registration certificate, institution legal person certificate, etc. Without the above documents, the unit shall provide the establishment documents approved by the relevant departments), which shall be handled according to the following circumstances:
