According to the relevant provisions of the Measures, it is planned to expropriate 42.3627 hectares of collective land (including 0.3506 hectares of enclave in Weishi County). The contents of the land acquisition plan and related matters are hereby announced as follows:

The construction land of Jia Luhe Comprehensive Control Project (Changge Section) is planned to be water conservancy construction land.

The total land requisition area in changge city is 42.3627 hectares, including 28.4475 hectares of cultivated land (0. 1082 hectares in Weishi County), garden land10.84/kloc-9 hectares and woodland 10.0724 hectares (0./kloc in Weishi County). Guqiao Village, Liuli Village, Shizhuang Village, Shizhuang Village, Shuangliu Village and Xixinzhuang Village in Guqiao Town; The area code of Hujie Village, Mawu Village, Maozhuang Village, Shuizhai Village, Shanzhuang Village, Jiexi Village and Yangdian Village in Nanxi Town is 4110820501,and the comprehensive land price of the expropriation area is1470,000 yuan/hectare (including 660,000 yuan/hectare)

Involving the occupation of permanent basic farmland, the land acquisition price shall be implemented according to the highest regional price in changge city, and the rest of the land shall be implemented according to the above standards. The permanent basic farmland is occupied according to the plot number of 411082010/,and the comprehensive land price of the plot is 1783500 yuan/hectare (including 660000 yuan/hectare social security fee).

(2) Young crops compensation standard

(3) Compensation standard for ground attachments

V. Measures for the Resettlement of Agricultural Personnel Involved in Land Requisition

Monetary resettlement

Under the guidance and supervision of the changge city Municipal People's Government, the land-expropriated unit shall pay and allocate land acquisition compensation according to the document Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province on Regulating the Distribution and Use of Farmers' Collective Land in land acquisition compensation (No.50 [2006]).

(b) social security placement

According to the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Promulgating the Minimum Standard of Social Security Expenses for Land-expropriated Farmers in 20021year (No.49 of People's Social Security Office [20021]), the social security expenses are directly transferred to the social security account by the financial department, and the specific social security measures are implemented by the social security department.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

From the date of this announcement, the land owners and users within the scope of expropriation shall go through the compensation registration with the real estate ownership certificate to the changge city Municipal People's Government from June 6, 2022 to July 6, 2022.
