How to deal with the downsizing of personal medical insurance?

Personal medical insurance downsizing can be handled in the electronic tax bureau. The specific steps are as follows:

Go through the formalities at the Electronic Taxation Bureau 1 and click Social Security.

First, enter the official website page, and click Social Security Fee Management.

2. Click on the social security attrition registration.

After entering, click Social Security Reduction Registration.

Step 3 check this person out

Then enter the page, enter the personnel name, click Query, and then view the personnel name.

4. You can handle it.

Finally, after the name of the person pops up, click Verify, and then click Submit to reduce the number of employees.

Legal basis: Article 57, Chapter VII of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with the seven unit seals of the business license and registration certificate. The social insurance agency shall examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate within fifteen days from the date of receipt. Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration.
