You need a household registration book, an ID card, a passbook for postal savings (baby's name) and two one-inch photos of the baby. One is old age and the other is social security. If economic conditions permit, you can consider giving your baby some commercial insurance as a supplement.

6. The insured person needs to provide the original and copy of the birth certificate.

7, fill in the urban residents' personal medical insurance information registration form.

8. Those who enjoy free payment shall provide 1 copy of the original and photocopy of the subsistence allowance card and the special hardship card (bring the original and photocopy of the medical insurance book, subsistence allowance card and special hardship card to the social security office for review every September).
