General length of service refers to the working hours of employees whose wage income is their whole or main source of livelihood. When calculating the general length of service, it should include the length of service of the enterprise.

Article 42

People who are deprived of political rights shall not count the period of deprivation of political rights. If a person is deprived of political rights due to counter-revolutionary crimes, the length of service in this enterprise shall be counted from the date of restoration of political rights; Those who have been deprived of political rights due to other criminal acts, the length of service in this enterprise before and after the deprivation of political rights shall be calculated together.
