What's the difference between flexible employment in Zhijiang and Yichang?

The Social Insurance Law stipulates that individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance or basic medical insurance for employees of the employing unit and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance or basic medical insurance for employees, and individuals can pay the basic old-age insurance or basic medical insurance in accordance with state regulations. So in essence, there is a difference between social security paid by individuals and social security paid by units.

Different payment methods are different.

1. Different types of insurance: the company pays a wider range (five insurances), and individuals can only pay endowment insurance and medical insurance.
