The Notice will be implemented on September 8th for a trial period of one year.

The "Notice" clarifies that individuals who purchase new commercial housing in jiande city (subject to the online signing time of the commercial housing sales contract in Zhejiang Province) shall submit an application for house purchase subsidy within 1 year from the date when the purchased commercial housing meets the conditions for handling the property right certificate, and give a subsidy of 1% of the purchase price, with the maximum subsidy for a single set not exceeding 50,000 yuan; Submit the application for deed tax subsidy for house purchase, and give 80% of the deed tax paid to the purchaser. The amount of subsidy is limited to the local retained part of the deed tax actually paid, and the maximum subsidy for a single set does not exceed 30,000 yuan.

The above two subsidies can be enjoyed cumulatively. Those who buy second-hand houses will enjoy 40% subsidy according to the standard of buying new commercial houses. The subsidy funds are guaranteed by the municipal finance, and the amount is 30 million yuan. From September 8th to February 3rd, 20221day, the quota of 30 million yuan expires.

According to the "Notice", those who buy new commercial housing in this city and are permanent residents of jiande city are eligible for families with two children and three children. For families with two children, a housing subsidy of 1% is given (two children were born after 2065438+65438 in 2006+1 0/); Families with three children are given a subsidy of 3% of the purchase price (the three children were born after May 20021and 3 1). The maximum subsidy for a single set shall not exceed 50,000 yuan. In terms of housing subsidies for enterprise employees, the circular stipulates that those who have been employed in jiande city since February 1 2022, have paid social insurance for enterprise employees continuously for more than two months (excluding overdue payment), signed labor contracts with enterprises for more than eight years, and bought new commercial housing in jiande city for the first time will be given a one-time housing subsidy, and the unit will pay social insurance continuously for more than 1 year.

It is worth mentioning that jiande city encourages enterprises to "buy groups". The Notice clarifies that five or more full-time employees who have worked in Jiande for 1 year (subject to the payment of social security in Jiande for 1 year) will jointly purchase new commercial housing in Jiande, giving the developer a 15% discount on the total house price. On the basis of enjoying the developer's discount, the government and employees' affiliated enterprises will pay 65,438+. Commercial housing purchased by enterprise employees at this preferential rate shall not be transferred within 5 years from the date of obtaining the certificate of immovable property rights. In addition, in 20021year, the supervised industrial enterprises whose average performance evaluation is Class A purchase newly-built commercial housing as welfare housing for their own employees with the enterprise legal person as the property owner, and give a concession of 5%-7% of the total purchase price and a one-time government housing subsidy of 5% of the total purchase price according to the number of units purchased (in principle, purchase more than 5 sets at one time, including 5 sets).
