Is there any difference in social security personal identity?

How to confirm the personal identity of social security;

1. The identity difference between workers and cadres in social security is divided according to the nature of the work of the unit, which was already divided when the unit reported to the Social Security Bureau.

2. Article 12 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that: ... employees shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium in proportion to the wages stipulated by the state and record it in their personal accounts. The personal contribution base is stated in many documents, which is based on my average monthly salary in the previous year, and has nothing to do with the status of cadres or workers.

3. At present, the status of cadres and workers is mainly applicable to the retirement age of female workers: the legal retirement age is 60 for men (regardless of their status), 55 for female cadres and 50 for female workers. As for medical retirement, retirement of special types of work is not included.

4. The identification of cadres' identity will be reflected in the archives. It is suggested to report to the "staff" when adding personnel.
