1. Encourage1healthy citizens aged 8-55 to donate blood voluntarily; The age of unpaid blood donation can be extended to 60 years old for multiple donors who have not responded to blood donation in the past and meet the requirements of health examination. Encourage national staff, active servicemen and medical personnel who meet the conditions of blood donation to donate blood more than once every two years, and students in colleges and universities to donate blood more than once during their school days. Encourage citizens who meet the conditions of blood donation to donate blood many times and regularly.

2. The Municipal Blood Donation Office (located in the Municipal People's Hospital) has compiled Yangzhong Voluntary Blood Donation Plan 202 1 Task Allocation Plan (see the annex for details). All units should organize the group blood donation work according to the unified arrangement of the annual blood donation plan and the blood donation office, and the number of mobilizers should be implemented according to the task allocation plan of Yangzhong blood donation plan in 20021year, and the specific time should be agreed with the blood donation office in advance (Tel: 88367 132).

3, each unit to carry out blood donors, according to the planned number of 120% of the physical examination. Units that have not assigned specific tasks can mobilize organizations to participate in annual blood donation without compensation according to 10% of the total number of personnel in the unit. In order not to affect the work, if the unit organizes blood donation 10 or more, the municipal blood donation office can arrange on-site service. Declare provincial and Zhenjiang municipal civilized units and organize healthy employees of school age 18%.

4. According to the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Blood Donation and the Interim Measures of Zhenjiang Municipality on Citizens' Voluntary Blood Donation, all units can arrange blood donors to rest on the same day and the next day without affecting their wages, bonuses and other welfare benefits, but they do not advocate giving high subsidies and long holidays.

5, the city blood donation office should continue to do a good job in the organization and service of street blood donation, to provide high-quality, efficient, safe and reliable services for street blood donors. Citizens donate blood directly to the approved blood collection and supply institutions or mobile blood collection vehicles, and their blood donation amount is included in the number of completed annual blood donation plans of their units or places.

6. The Municipal Health and Wellness Committee should strengthen the supervision and management of clinical blood use in medical institutions, and improve the scientific and standardized level of clinical blood use. All kinds of medical institutions at all levels should scientifically formulate plans for clinical blood use according to the development of clinical business, strengthen the management of clinical blood use, extensively carry out education and training on scientific blood use, and reduce unnecessary blood transfusion.
