1. Open Alipay APP first.

2. After entering the main page, click on the toolbar above.

3. Enter City Service in the toolbar, and then click City Service.

4. Click on the city service official to enter.

5. Then click Social Security on the Civic Center page. Click on the Electronic Social Security Card in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Public Service Options.

6. Click Temporary Loss Reporting in Social Security Service Options.

After reporting the loss, bring the original ID card to the social security card service network to reissue a new card.
