Industrial Accident Insurance: Enterprises should pay industrial accident insurance premiums for their employees, and the percentage of contribution should be determined by the human resources and social welfare departments of each province according to the local economic and social development situation. Generally speaking, the proportion of workers' compensation insurance premiums that enterprises should pay for their employees is about 0.5%, and employees do not need to pay.

5. Maternity insurance: Enterprises should pay maternity insurance premiums for female employees, and the contribution rate is determined by the human resources and social welfare departments in each province according to the local economic and social development. In general, the proportion of maternity insurance premiums that enterprises should pay for female employees is about 0.8%, and employees do not need to pay.
