The payer shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, handle the social insurance registration in accordance with the following procedures, and handle the employee pension insurance procedures.
First of all, with the business license (copy), unified code certificate of establishment approval authority, copy of legal person ID card, staff roster and wage income book, go to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. Second, medical insurance:
Bring three 3.5-inch floppy disks or USB flash drives to the medical insurance center to copy the "information collection of insured persons" program, the forms to be filled in before and after enrollment and the filling instructions.

After the above information is complete, the employer shall report to Window 2 of the collection hall on the second floor of the medical insurance center before the 20th of each month. After the audit is correct, the medical insurance center will be included in the insurance plan for next month after signing the "Employer Insurance Agreement". After receiving the Bank's Entrusted Receipt Certificate and fully allocating the medical insurance premium, the employing unit will bring two one-inch color glossy photos of the insured with the original and photocopy of the Bank's Entrusted Receipt Certificate to the General Department of the Medical Insurance Center (Room 2 15) to receive the Medical Insurance Manual and IC card.
Third, unemployment insurance:

The employing unit shall, within seven days from the date when the unemployed person issues a certificate (decision) to terminate or terminate the employee's labor relations, submit the relevant materials to the Management Section of Zhengzhou Unemployed Workers Management Office for the record, receive the Zhengzhou Unemployed Workers Audit Registration Form, and go through the unemployment registration formalities within 15 days.
When filling in the form, the "name" and "ID number" shall be based on the "ID card", and a copy of the "ID card" shall be attached.
Units in handling unemployment registration procedures, should carry the unemployment insurance audit certificate, the Zhengzhou city unemployed workers audit registration form "(in triplicate, each one inch bareheaded photos, unemployment certificate and the unemployed treatment approval form" the other two photos) and employee personal files (the main materials in the file:
1, certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by the unit (decision);
2. Suspension of individual retirement plan;
3, recruitment form, resettlement procedures, technical school graduates "dispatch card";
4. The Labor Contract verified by the labor arbitration department.

When applying for industrial injury insurance registration, the employer shall fill in the industrial injury insurance registration form and present the following documents and materials:

3. A copy of the legal person's ID card.

Employers only need to provide a written application to participate in maternity insurance, and do not need to fill in other information. The original medical insurance registration certificate can be stamped with the maternity insurance chapter.
Units participating in maternity insurance for employees shall not go through the formalities for declaration and registration of maternity insurance for employees alone. According to the basic information of employees' basic medical insurance declared by the employer, the medical insurance center establishes a database of employees' maternity insurance and changes the basic information of employees' basic medical insurance simultaneously.
