The loss reporting of Hubei Financial Social Security Card of China Bank can be divided into oral loss reporting and written loss reporting:

1. Report the loss orally. Cardholders can handle it through the telephone channels of China Bank and human resources and social security services, and the default loss reporting of the card is long-term temporary loss reporting from the date when China Bank accepts the oral loss reporting.

2. Report the loss in writing. With the original ID card, the cardholder will report the loss in writing to the regional social security department and any branch of China Bank at the first time. The loss reporting of the card will not take effect until the two loss reporting procedures are completed. If the cardholder fails to report the loss in the social security department or one of the banks in China, the economic losses caused thereby shall be borne by the cardholder himself.
