(3) If the payment is made in the individual payment window, submit the original ID card and the receipt of the digital photo of the social security card (this is not necessary for those who have already applied for the social security card) to fill out the form in the individual payment window of the social security institution, pay the fee, and get the printed receipt of the business card.

(4) The insured unit or individual pays the premium, and the insured individual will pick up the card from the original business card printing acceptance window within the specified time with the business card printing receipt.
