Management process of social security card issuance

Article 24 The general testing procedures for social security cards are as follows:

(1) The card-issuing area entrusts a special person to keep or mail the application materials to the Ministry Information Center.

(two) the Ministry of information center shall complete the following tests within 5 working days after receiving the application materials for general testing in the card issuing area:

Compliance audit of 1. standard: including card surface design defined by social security card specification, establishment of application documents in the card, etc.

2. Security audit: including national application key loading, key matching between social security card and social security PSAM card, etc.

3. Cross-regional universality test: including the realization of external authentication, data reading, data updating, internal authentication, medical consumption transactions and other commonly used functions in China.

(3) After the test is completed, the information center will issue a test report. If you pass the examination, you shall also issue a Notice of Passing the General Test of Social Security Cards (Annex13); If it is unqualified, the card issuing area should correct the detection errors in the detection report in time, make two sample cards after adjustment, and send them to the Ministry Information Center for re-detection until the detection is successful. The test sample card is used as a test record and will not be returned.
