Payment time of residents' medical insurance participation

The medical insurance premium for urban residents in the next year will be paid in September every year, and residents participating in medical insurance should pay the medical insurance premium for the next year in one lump sum before 1 1 every year.

I. Payment standard

In the social security year of 20 15 (July 20 1, July 20 15 to June 30, 20 16), the payment standard of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents shall be subject to the announcement of the municipal government.

Second, the insurance registration time

The registration time of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in 20 15 is from March 4th to May 30th, and the supplementary enrollment time is from June 30th, 20 15 to June 30th, 20 16.

Registration time: from the 4th of each month to the last working day at the end of the month.

Third, the payment time.

The insured villages and schools shall accept the insurance registration first, and then notify the payment time after the new insurance payment standard is announced.

Fourth, matters needing attention

(a) from this year, the insured who missed the centralized period of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents (including medical insurance for minors and college students) can go through the formalities of insurance and payment. Students apply for re-insurance payment to their school, and other insured persons apply for re-insurance payment procedures to the village (neighborhood) Committee where the household registration is located. Those who are insured at other times from the new social security year will enjoy medical insurance benefits for urban and rural residents from the month when they actually receive it.

Medical insurance for urban and rural residents shall be paid annually, and the insured shall pay the medical insurance fee for urban and rural residents in full.

In order to ensure the normal use of the insured's medical insurance card from the new social security year (July 1), the insured is requested to go through the enrollment procedures during the centralized enrollment period from March to May each year, and complete the payment in June to July.

(2) Repayment: If the insured registered in the village (neighborhood) committee fails to pay the medical insurance premium in time due to unsuccessful withholding fees or other reasons, they can log in to the column of "Social Security Business-Social Security Payment and Inquiry" on the local tax website and use "UnionPay Online Payment" to pay the medical insurance premium themselves; You can also go to the local tax service hall to issue tax payment vouchers or use UnionPay POS machines to pay by credit card. Students who need to pay back the money are still withheld and remitted by the school.

(3) For the insured who has registered in the neighborhood (village) committee and has reached the age of 18, the local tax authorities have stopped their eligibility for medical insurance for minors in the 20 15 social security year.
